The National Health Insurance Plan Satisfaction Study is an independently funded benchmarking study of satisfaction among health plan members who get coverage from their employer or purchase coverage independently. The study provides company and plan-specific performance comparisons and valuable insights into competitive strengths and weaknesses. The study provides a clear understanding member’s perceptions and a method for identifying and quantifying what they really look for in a health insurance plan.
The study examines all aspects of the health plan experience including; plan coverage and benefits, customer service, information & communication, choice of doctors/hospitals/pharmacies, and approval processes/claims processing/insurance statements.
